EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST - CATERING BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY

Applications are invited from experienced operators for the conduct of Catering Services to The Eastwood Golf Club.

Eastwood has more than 900 golf, bowls and social Members, Dining Room facilities for snacks, bistro, a la carte and function services.

To be considered for this role, the successful caterer must have:

• The ability to provide quality meals at the right price point for the venue.
• Outstanding customer service values.
• The ability to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and OH&S.
• A sound knowledge and understanding of food hygiene principals, legislation and a commitment to doing more than the prescribed minimum.
• A willingness to work with the Board of Directors and Management of the Eastwood Golf Club to increase general trade and functions.
