Provide a complete Detailed Design Package and prepare the Contract Documentation for the construction phase of the Gloucester Reservoir & Associated Mains upgrade for MidCoast Council.
Aspects of the project require further design development of the MidCoast Council supplied documents to complete the design.

(n) Site Integration Management Plan.

(p) Emergency Evacuation Plan.
(q) Fire Design.
(r) BCA Compliance.
(s) Operations and Maintenance Manuals.
(t) Design input during Construction Phase.
(u) Preparation of pre-construction Estimates.
(v) Preparation of construction tender documentation.
(w) Piping and instrumentation diagram (P&ID).
(x) Critical Control Points.
(y) Functional Description Specification (FDS).
