Tender Description
Point Leo Foreshore Committee of Management invites suitable qualified commercial builders to Tender a price to construct a proposed Kiosk and amenities building (Areas comprised of Floor area 95.66 sq.m, Paved area 170.95sq.m and roofed area of 228.7sqm.
Situated on the Point Leo Foreshore Reserve, Point Leo.
The builder will be expected to construct and manage all works as detailed on the supplier plans and as detailed within the specification.
