Pegasus Health are looking for credible suppliers who have the capability and experience to deliver and support a solution that meets our staff rostering to pay lifecycle needs. The supplier will support a 24/7 operation, offer Tier 1, 2 and 3 Level support, and provide user training and documentation. Good communication is essential as the supplier will need to work closely with 24HS staff to ensure information and calculations are correct. Competitive pricing will need to be maintained throughout the duration of the contract.
