Tenders are sought for the provision of catering for the Ayr SHS Graduation evening. Relevant details are outlined below.

Catering Requirements

• Buffet style meal
• Variety of hot and cold options
• Dessert Buffet
• Provision of tea/coffee in dining hall for duration of evening (including coffee cups etc)

Staffing

• Student helpers will be provided to clear tables order to minimise catering costs
• Student helpers will be coordinated by a staff member who will be present in the kitchen on the night
• Number of student helpers to be determined with consultation with successful catering supplier

Equipment

• Ayr SHS to provide crockery and cutlery hired from Memorial Hall
• All Memorial Hall facilities to be made available to caterer as required
• All other necessary equipment to be provided by caterer

Other Information

• Access to Memorial Hall is on day of event only unless specified by caterer.
• Access through dining hall may be required for students during presentation – TBC

Ayr SHS welcomes any additional suggestions that may help to minimise the costs for the event.

Decision on successful tender to be made based on the following criteria:

• Value for money
• Established reputation for quality based on previous events

Caterer to be selected by Friday 24th July 2020– all businesses who submit tenders will be advised of outcome on this date.
