MidCoast Council is seeking submissions from suitably qualified and experience companies to provide the works for supply, installation, test and commissioning requirements for Forster Sewerage Pumping Station 18 Emergency Generator installation and associated works.
Provide a complete electrical installation for the site to enable the operation of a new Emergency Generator installation and associated works for Forster Sewerage Pumping Station 18 for MidCoast Council.
Aspects of the project require further design development of the MidCoast Council supplied drawings to complete the design, these systems include but not limited to the cable and route designs, where MidCoast Council supplied drawings show the minimal detail required.
At a high level, the scope inclusions shall include but not be limited to:
- New permanent generator;
- Generator slab;
- Install Principal supplied main switchboard (complete with auto changeover);
- New consumer mains, sub mains and earthing cabling;
- New underground conduits;
- Cable ladder, supports and surface conduits;
- Modifications to the existing MCC;
- Lighting upgrade;
- PLC & SCADA programming; and
- Testing & commissioning
- ASP works to Essential Energy Substation
The Principal Contractor will coordinate the overall works for this project. The works include the following stages:
- Planning;
- Procurement;
- Site Establishment;
- Installation;
- Testing;
- Commissioning; and
- Site Disestablishment
