Tender Description
The Gordon TAFE - Geelong City Campus and The Department of Education and Training is providing notice to interested parties of a forthcoming tender for main contractor services for The Gordon Culinary School Project. The project will involve a combination of new build and refurbishment of existing facilities to provide modern fit for purpose teaching facilities.
The project is expected to go out to tender in October 2020 under a select tender process.
Contractors will be selected from the Department of Treasury and Finance’s Construction Supplier Register with minimum prequalification limit of $15m as a commercial contractor.
