Tenders are invited for the design and construction of a 140m sea wall adjacent to Bellinger Place, Sylvania Waters.

Included with this tender package are existing site investigations consisting of survey report and geotechnical report,

The design for the new sea wall must allow for construction to be carried out in two stages as per the following:

1. Option 1 – Design and construction of southern seawall, with ancillary drainage, landscaping and fencing;
2. Option 2 – Design and construction of nnorthern seawall, with ancillary drainage, landscaping and fencing.

This is a lump sum, design and construct contract. Works will include, but not be limited to:

Site investigations;

• Engineering design, design review and approval;
• Permits and approvals;
• Demolition, and construction of seawall and ancillary works;
• Occupation certificate, supply and handover documentation including as built survey.
