The Authority wishes to engage a Supplier who will develop and implement the VCAA Student Portal.

The scope of the development and implementation of the portal will be conducted in three phases. Work on the three phases will be completed consecutively with one phase being completed before the next is commenced.

The following phases must be quoted in response to the Invitation to Supply. At the completion of each phase the Authority may request a requote of any subsequent phase.

Phase 1 - The Supplier must develop the Portal progressive web app and website which includes student log in, student personal details, support and enrolment details screens (as set out in Appendix A to this ITS).

Phase 2 – The Portal will be further developed to include examination timetabling, notification screens, and administration functionality built to support phases 1 and 2.

Phase 3 – The final phase of the Portal includes the delivery of student results, and shows both final and historical results.
