Mcauley Catholic Central School are seeking expression of interest from suitably qualified contractors to undertake additions & alterations to the school comprising of:

Addition: Construction of a new classroom, craft room & breakout space

Alteration: Refurbishment to three classroom, Covered Outdoor Learning Area and related landscaping works.

The school operations must continue uninterrupted during the course of the construction/refurbishment programme.

Estimated Contract Value $1.1m including GST

Submission must include and will be assessed against the following criteria:

A) Curreny capacity and experience of staff to undertake the works.
B) Extensive experience in working on school projects.
C) Recently completed projects and suitable references.
D) Demonstrated capacity to successfully complete projects of similar or greater value

Written Expression of Interest should be lodged with the Architects by 31 July 2020.
