The contract is to provide ground protection for the 2021-2013 Formula 1® Australian Grand Prix.

The works under the contract shall include, but not be limited to:

• provision of own Site Facilities;
• provision of stock for a range of requirements including including pedestrian access, vehicle access, front of house areas etc.
• coordination, loading, transportation, delivery to site and inventoiry checking of the Contractor managed tiles and general on-site inspections;
• laying of tiles on ground for reuiqred areas;
• quality assurance checks;
• uplifting and clenaing of laid tiles, as requested;
• packing on non-laid tiles, if reuqired
• providison of a standby crew during teh Event period for maintenance and rectifictaion; and
• inventiory check, loading and retirn transportation of teh Contractor managed tiles.
