The Roman Catholic Trust Corp. Diocese of Rockhampton for Catholic Education – Diocese of Rockhampton is inviting principal contractors to express interest for the construction of the proposed Stage 1 works of a new Catholic Secondary College located on the previous Sugar Research Institute, Nebo Rd, Mackay.

EOIs should include a resume of previous experience in school/education facilities, capability statement, project management staff & site foreman roles, and an outline of their contract administration quality control systems.

From the EOI’s received, a limited number of contractors will be invited to tender on the project at the discretion of the proprietor.
