Tender Description
The Queensland Government is seeking Proposals for vegetation clearing of approximately 10.4 hectares of land and the provision of temporary access tracks for Stage 2 of the Sunshine Coast Industrial Park (site known as Lot 800 on SP272966) located off Racecourse Road, Bells Creek. These works are required to enable subdivision works that will be undertaken pending further approvals (Reconfiguration of Lot and Operational Works) from Council.
Works to comply with the development permit and specifications to be provided and will include:
- Weed control and site establishment
- Tree clearing
- Arborist removal of hollow bearing logs from large eucalypts
- Windrowing of fallen trees
- Chipping of remainder of vegetation
- Provision of rock access roads
