Expressions of Interest from qualified builders for the refurbishment, alterations and additions of the Existing Science building at their secondary school campus in Townsville, QLD

The project consists of:

  • Refurbishment the existing science building
  • Construction of new outdoor learning spaces, external works and undercover shelter areas, associated walkways and plant areas and site services.

Tenders will be invited in July 2020 for construction commencing in October 2020. please provide a concise summary of previous relevant experience, work in progress, value of projects and ability to meet construction deadlines.
