Tender Description

The Stayover by Ausco network of fully serviced, managed accommodation villages aims to provide a comfortable and welcoming experience for Australia's remote and regionally based workforce. We provide comfortable rooms, full catering, a range of guest services, recreational facilities and full-time onsite management.

Stayover by Ausco are seeking Expressions of Interest from organisations to provide Accommodation Services for our Queensland villages in Chinchilla, Dalby and Dysart, and for our Western Australia village in Karratha. Contracts for these villages would cover the provision of, amongst other things, the facilitation of Administration, Food & Beverage, Housekeeping, Grounds Maintenance and Janitorial services and are due to commence in mid-2021.
In undertaking the expression of interest process, Stayover by Ausco is looking to understand the organisational culture and capability as a whole, before proceeding to a short-listed tender process.

In submitting your expression of interest, please ensure your capability statement addresses the following:

Your organisation's geographical coverage (including details of where you currently, or most recently, have carried out projects, and if they are in close proximity to the Stayover by Ausco villages)
Significant contractual wins and losses your organisation has had over the last 12 months;
Your organisation's approach to reciprocal business and sharing opportunities;
Examples of recent service innovations by your organisation;
Your organisation's approach to local content, including suppliers, employment, and engagement with the broader community;
Your organisation's approach to indigenous content;
Your organisation's process for capturing customer feedback;
Evidence of your organisation's financial capacity (audited accounts for 2019, and available accounts for 2020);
Please provide copies of your organisation's safety performance over the last 12 months.
Please provide a copy of your Australian organisational structure for the relevant division.

Please return your written responses by COB Friday 7th August 2020. We anticipate the Invitation to Tender to be sent to shortlisted organisations by early September 2020.
