Tenders are called for suitability qualified, equipped and experience local Contractors to undertake Civil & Landscape Construction works at the Oyster Harbour Joint Venture's Oyster Harbour' subdivision project located at Lower King Road, Albany which is managed by Health Development Company.
The scope of works is for the construction of embellishments and minor landscaping to the Stanmore Blvd causeway separating two existing Public Open Space areas and includes limestone and brick wall construction, feature stonework, metal balustrading and decorative signage, concrete footpaths and minor landscaping and reticulation.
