Department of Transport (DoT) is conducting a Request for Tender (RFT) seeking a suitability qualified provider or consortium to deliver the Asset Condition Assessment Project (ACAP) Phase 2. The ACAP is designed to address gaps in Victoria's State asset condition knowledge to better enable various stakeholders to make more informed asset investment decisions. The details for the provision for a ACAP Phase 2 services are fully outlined in Part A.2 - Specifications of the attached RFT documentation.

Note the proposed RFT contract (Part C) is a "Draft Only" an Addendum will be issued with an updated contract.

All questions are to be submitted using the attached form (RFT2020-0238-1 Part 2 Attachment 2 Tenderer Clarification Questions) to ptvprocurement.tenders@ptv.vic.gov.au

Industry briefing will be conducted via Microsoft Teams Live Event on 31 July, 2020 at 9:30AM (Melbourne Time) and recorded. Attendance is not mandatory although it is highly recommended, pre-registration is required by no later than Thursday 30 July 2020 11:00AM (Melbourne Time).
