Ipswich Grammar School wishes to invite interested and suitably qualified organisations to submit their interest for the provision of Canteen, Boarding & Function Catering for the School commencing January 2021.

Services required are as follows:

• Canteen Catering – Senior and Prep Campus (900 day students)
• Boarding House and Function Catering (120 boarding students)

Interested parties must demonstrate the following attributes:

• Relevant experience in catering and canteen services
• Understanding of the principles of healthy nutrition for school aged students
• Meet the requirements of a diverse cultural cohort
• Resources to manage a broad service base
• An outstanding track record within the industry
• The ability to micro and macro manage the services in collaboration with the School
• Capable of enhancing the services through innovation in line with the School’s reputation.
