Tender Description
Michael Bale & Associates Pty Ltd invites tenders from suitably qualified contractors for the supply of materials and full construction of the new City of Gold Coast regional pump station and rising main for Stanmore Road, Yatala. The project includes:
•A new sewage pump station and rising main, including electrical feed, electrical control and telemetry, inlet and pump well, emergency storage;
•Associated civil works including bulk earthworks, pavements and water connection modification/protection to existing road infrastructure.
All work must be carried out in accordance with all relevant Building, Construction and Workplace Health and Safety Regulations; CoGC - City Plan V7 Land development guidelines & Standard Specifications and Drawings; and SEQ Water Supply & Sewerage Design & Construction Code and Standard Drawings.
