Expresson of Interest are sought by St Dominic's College Kingswood, from suitably qualified builders with experience in construction of school projects ranging from $5M to $25M.
Applicants may be invited to participate in the tender process for the following forthcoming projects to be built sequentially.
St Dominic's college Kingswood
Stage 1 Block E
Multipurpose Hall, Sport and Learning Facility
A new building including demolition of existing lightweight structure. Including semi underground carpark and double height multipurpose hall, ground floor changeroom and gym amenity, first floor teaching and learning classrooms.
Stage 2 Block A
Administration and Library
Demolition and rebuild of two-storey administration, to connect to internal refurbishment of existing staff room and Library.
Qualified builders are to include in their submissions a company profile including information on their technical and financial capability to undertake the work together with references from previous projects of similar nature undertaken within the last 3 years.

Lodgement of an Expression of Interest does not guarantee participation in the tender process. Submissions will be assessed with successful applicants to be notified by 25th August with tenders to be issued the following week.
