EDCM is inviting Expression of Interest (EOI) from suitably qualified technical professional services companies for the provision of Surface Infrastructure Owners’ Engineer to Eagle Downs Metallurgical Coal Project.
The scope of services includes:
• Progress all scopes of work through Front End Engineering Design (FEED), particularly;
o 132kV/11kV electrical switchyard
o 11kV substations & site wide reticulation
o Mine Industrial Area
o Bulk earthworks
o Gatehouse
o Rail loop
• Progress FEED packages to full detailed design for
o Bulk earthworks
o Rail loop
• Write technical scopes of work for the design and construction of packaged scopes
• Develop and/or update project technical specifications that are associated with the scopes of work
• Write technical scopes of work for the construction packages
• Undertake technical evaluation of market tenders and provide a technical recommendation to award
• Interface with contractors
• Technical procurement support including review and approval of contractor technical vendor documentation
• Undertake and facilitate site-wide design reviews in conjunction with EDCM
• Provide field engineering services to support earthworks and rail construction supervision
• Provide structured and robust engineering management and project controls
