Wodonga Institute of TAFE (WIOT) is a regional Victorian Education Training provided located in North East Victoria.

WIOT is intending on releasing a Request for Tender for Construction Project Management Services.

Brief Description of the Role

The Construction Project Manager will work closely with WIOTs General Manager of Operations and awarded Contractors over a 12 month period, with the possibility of extension. They will oversee multiple construction projects with a total portfolio value of $10,000,000. It is essential that project management services can be provided onsite.

Evaluation

Part of WIOTs evaluation criteria incorporates Local Jobs First (LJF), for WIOT It’s important for us to support our local community foremost followed by Victorian suppliers.

Another consideration is the impact COVID is placing on the construction industry (lock downs, curfews, quarantine, delays to building program), as a result WIOT is likely to prioritise local businesses in the evaluation criteria to reduce risk.
