Providing insurance cover for a period of 3 years: Property Industrial Risks (Property Damage and Business Interruption), General Public and Products Liability, Educators Liability, Supplementary Legal Expenses, Statutory Liability, Comprehensive Crime, Motor Vehicle, Student Personal Accident, Staff Personal Accident, Voluntary Workers Personal Accident, Kidnap, Ransom & Extortion, Cyber, Network Security & Privacy, Business Travel, Journey Home to Work.

Lycee Condorcet The International French School of Sydney Limited is a company providing education for students aged 3 to Year 12. The school accommodates 1070 students and is located in Maroubra and is situated in the City of Randwick located in the eastern suburbs of Sydney. Lycee Condorcet is a registered, independent school. It is part of the network of French Schools Abroad (AEFE) that comprises 495 schools around the world.
4/ SCOPE OF WORK
Insurance coverage to Set Amounts. Providing information on cover, claims processing and follow up of claims with insurance companies. List services available.
The contract will be on a 2 years + 1 year basis.

6/ CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION
Companies that are applying will have to:
Propose a service best suited to Lycee Condorcet needs, an organisation, a methodology and tools
Respect technical features and needs of the Lycee
Provide a list of current customer and references
Provide their Statement of Costs and Terms of payment filled in
7/ CRITERIA FOR THE SELECTION OF APPLICATIONS
The selected finals applicants will be based on the following criteria:
50% price based on the analysis of the Statement of Costs and Terms of payment provided and insurance companies chosen
50% on quality of service and time of response to queries and processing of claims, dedicated contact person, emergency and back up contact persons

c) Earliest possible date of start of coverage
d) Contact details
e) Details of the company and current customer references
9/ SUBMISSION OF APPLICATION FILES
Applications files must be saved on a PDF format which should be sent by email to: patricia.heesong@condorcet.com.au and thibault.delor@condorcet.com.au
Only application files received before 30 September will be considered.
