Raytheon Australia (Raytheon) is an Australian Defence company engaged in the design, development, integration and sustainment of advanced technology solutions for the Australian Defence Force (ADF). With our corporate headquarters in Canberra, the company has offices in most mainland capitals and operations in a number of regional centres including Amberley, Nowra and Newcastle.
The purpose of this request for Expressions of Interest (EOI) is to obtain responses from organisations that possess the necessary facilities management skills and capabilities to perform an Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) service for Raytheon across all our facilities, and to establish a shortlist of potential partners to be invited to submit a response to a Request for Tender (RFT).
IFM services are required for the following tier 1 facilities:
• Brindabella Business Park, ACT
• Macquarie Park, NSW
• Murarrie, QLD
• Carole Park, QLD
• Mawson Lakes, SA
• Henderson, WA
A key requirement is a comprehensive management regime which ensures all services are provided as a fully integrated, interoperable, consistent, and seamless service across all Raytheon facilities.
A high level description of the requirements is as follows:
• Client Service Management – responsiblity for coordinating and administering on-site services;
• Help desk and service tracking – ability to register work requests, track status and completion;
• Electrical – lighting, switchboards, electrical integrity testing;
• Heating ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) services;
• Mechanical, plumbing and hydraulic services;
• General cleaning – commercial, hygiene and washroom servicing;
• Periodic cleaning – industrial cleaning, window cleaning, carpet/furniture steam cleaning;
• Waste management and recycling, including classified waste;
• Utility support – water and utilities conservation and monitoring;
• Security – access control and alarm systems, security patrols and response;
• Pest management and control solutions;
• Grounds and garden management; and
• Asset management - inspection and condition reporting, data collection and analysis.
Raytheon would appreciate information on additional value-add services that can be provided as part of, or as an add-on, to the IFM services.
Additionally, the following tier 2 sites may require select IFM services:
• Fyshwick, ACT
• Williamtown, NSW
• Nowra, NSW
Raytheon requests respondents indicate if they can also provide IFM services at the tier 2 sites as a pre-cursor to the RFT.
