Tender Description
Tenders are invited from pre-qualified contractors with Transport for NSW under the National Prequalification Scheme at R3 F10. This work consists of an intersection upgrade of Showground Road and Carrington Road, Castle Hill. A pre-tender meeting will be held at 11am on Wednesday 2 September 2020 via Microsoft Teams.
All tenderers must comply with the New South Wales Government’s Procurement Policy Framework (NSW Framework) and the New South Wales Government’s Supplier Code of Conduct (NSW Code).
This project is jointly funded by the Australian Government. The Code for the Tendering and Performance of Building Work 2016 applies to this project. This document is available here.
By submitting a tender for this project you will become subject to the Code for the Tendering and Performance of Building Work 2016. It is a requirement for this project that the successful contractor be accredited under the Australian Government Work Health and Safety Accreditation Scheme (the Scheme) at the time of entering into the contract for ‘building work’ for the Project and must maintain accreditation under the Scheme while the ‘building work’ is being carried out.
