The Old Colonists' Association Ballarat Inc is a philantropic charitable orgnisation which provides affordable rental accommodation for individual who meet specific criteria at Charles Anderson Grove, Lake Gardens.

Through the support and assistance of philanthropic organisations and individual donors, the ability to expand the existing  Retirement Village is coming to fruition.

EOI to tender are sought from Domestic Builders (DB-U Registered).

The project consist of the construction of 3 independent living units and associated landscape works. It is anticipated that tender documentation will be available mid-September 2020 "Project Coordinators".
