Diocesan Project and Property Services, on behalf of Mackillop Catholic College,invites appropriately qualified builders to submit their registration of interest to tender on the construction of Mackillop Catholic College Stage 4.

The project consists of one new two storey Performing Arts and Hospitality building of approximately 2000m2, and significant extensions to two existing single storey buildings totaling 1600m2 of new works, in addition to other minor building extensions and alteration throughout the College.

Builders must demonstration their experience in the following criteria in their Expression of Interest:

• Capacity to undertake projects in excess of $10,000,000,.00
• Proven track record of delivering medium to large scale projects on or ahead of schedule.
• Management of multiple sites within an operation campus.
• Proactive approach to working with the consultants and client to deliver the best outcome for the project.
• An established North Queensland base, with a commitment to sourcing locally based supplies and contractors.

Tender documents will be released to selected builders in September 2020, with tenders closing in October 2020.

Construction is planned to commence November 2020.

Registrations should address the above critical criteria and include the QBCC licence details, portfolio of recent projects, project referees and CV's of key personnel.
