INVITES EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST
From suitably qualified contractors for the proposed construction works at St James Lutheran College in Urraween, QLD.
Project includes:
- Construction of a Hospitality Kitchen, Tuckshop, Amenities, with adjoining ancillary spaces and associated external works
- Construction of two new General Learning Areas with adjoining breakout room and associated external works
- Re-configuration and expansion of an existing car park
Tenders will be invited during September 2020 for construction commencing November 2020 and completion by June 2021.
