County Court of Victoria is seeking responses for the summative and formative evaluation of the Court Integration Services Program (CISP) pilot project.
The scope of services includes the following:
The potential supplier needs to define the evaluation questions, qualitative and quantitative data collection, storage and analysis in more detail, however, focus evaluation areas need to include information about:
a) perceptions of procedural fairness and cultural, physical and psychological safety throughout the court process (before, during and after the service)
b) satisfaction of clients with the service
c) satisfaction of stakeholders in relation to their engagement in setting up the pilot, their involvement in the procedures of the pilot, the delivery of the service and perceived benefit/s
d) the way in which the service provider will deliver a framework in a virtual environment due to the current COVID-19 pandemic and effectively transition to the provision of on site services as may be required
e) client outcome measures at the commencement and finalisation of their engagement with CISP
f) the potential impact of COVID-19 on anticipated outcome measures and service take-up.
The proposed contract term is for a duration of 12 months, as well as preparing a framework to be used by the Court for monitoring and evaluating the key outcomes of the program.
