Maralinga Tjarutja invited offers from bodies with the necessary skill and expertise to tender for a contract to provide services at Maralinga Village, South Australia.
This tender includes the day to date management of the village and all aspects in relation to the employment and management of staff to ensure Maralinga Village operates in a safe , professional, efficient and effective manner. Services will include provision of:
- Land Management
- Airport Maintenance
- Road Maintenance
- Infrastructure
- Boundary patrols
- Debris/burial Pits remediation
- Tourism
- Domestic Services
- Maintenance or generators and heavy machinery
- Cater to various meetings at Maralinga Village
- Maintain WHS/First Aide Accreditation
- Maintain customer enquiries , office and record keeping
The contract fee will be calculated to include the cost of successful tenderer to employ/contract persons with the necessary skills and licences to operation machinery and to undertake the duties required to operate and provide services that will achieve the following:
- Provide a safe, secure, friendly environment at Maralinga Village.
- Maintain a community services operation, including management of the debris burial pits.
- Provide a tourist operation and succession plan for tours.
- Provide a domestic services
