Expression of Interest - New Building Works - Eileen O'Connors Catholic College Lewisham - Stage 3 Works.Refurbishment of two storey heritage buildings as school administration with new awnings and external works. Refurbishment of four learning spaces in existing high school including upgrade to play space.
Sydney Catholic Schools is seeking to establish a panel of builders to tender for construction of the above project.
Expression of Interest should address all of the following criteria - Company Details, relevant experience including experience with restoring older buildings, capability and capacity to undertake the project, business and WHS systems and the proposed team.
