Tender Description
Diocesan Project and Property Services, on behalf of Newman Catholic College, invites appropriately qualified contractors to tender on the early works package for Newman College Stage 1 project, located on the James Cook University Cairns campus.
The project consists of the demolition of existing structures, new electrical, sewerage and water connections, and building pad preparation.
Contractors must have experience in undertaking construction works within an active campus, compliance with both James Cook University, Cairns Regional Council and Cairns Diocese contractor’s requirements, managing multiple trades, and delivery of the works within an accelerated program.
Tender documents will be available from Thursday 17 September 2020, with tenders closing on Thursday 8 October 2020.
