Northern Beaches Council RFT 2020 167 Avalon Golf Course Operation and Management

SERVICE REQUIRED:

Northern Beaches Council invites tenders for the provision of Operation and Management of Avalon Golf Course, excluding management of the grounds, the lower ground level of the clubhouse, greenkeeper cottage, workshop building and the car park, 32 Old Barrenjoey Road, Avalon. 

The scope of the Tender includes but not limited to the operation and functioning of the below facilities from sunrise to sunset every day, seven days per week coverage to ensure the appropriate and effective day to day operations of the Avalon Golf Course:

• - the cafe area, pro shop area and the remaining ground floor of the clubhouse,
• - the function room and kitchen that may be used for events/functions outside of normal business hours,
• - the heritage cottage known as Avalon Hilton, and 
• - any other golf related business activities that may be proposed by the Manager and approved by Council.

The works are to be carried out strictly in accordance with the requirements in this document. To have quotes considered, contractors will need to ensure that all required information requested in the Request for Quotation document is provided.

Expected commencement of works 01 February 2021.

The Contract term will be 3 years and 7 days.
