Tender Description
Suitably qualified Building Contractors are invited to submit a Registration of Interest for the demolition of existing buildings and construction of a new Science and Classroom building at St Mary's Catholic College, Casino, NSW 2470.
Building Contractors must have the ability to coordinate and manage the demolition of existing buildings during the 2020/2021 Christmas school holiday period.
Building Contractors must have a demonstrated experience in commercial construction with a minimum value of $5 million. Experience in the construction of Education Buildings is essential.
Building Contractors must be willing to deliver the project using a traditional tendering process.
