Tender Description
This call for expressions of interest (EOI) is seeking suitably qualified Building Contractors with a proven track record of delivering brownfield, regionally located, education projects.
This project includes refurbishment works to Block A including the library, offices, reception, entrance and amenities.
Architectural and Structural plans will be issued for tender accompanied by a design / performance brief allowing the services to be designed & constructed.
Total project value approx. $700-800K.
