Starbucks Coffee Australia intend to release a tender for Facility Maintenance and Repair Services covering all coffee houses in the Starbucks Chain within Australia.
Starbucks Coffee Australia is embarking on a journey to increase its store network across Australia (specifically within Drive Thru opportunities), and is looking to align and engage, driven partnerships from suitably skilled contractor / vendors groups to assist in both the maintenance and upkeeping of the existing fleet, whilst driving the building / asset management across all future sites.
The process will consist of an initial Open Market Expression of Interest followed by a Selective two-stage tender. Stage one is a competitive fee bid via pricing matrix; stage two is an interview process and final pricing submission/agreement of awarded rates.
This Expression of Interest phase seeks to identify suitable suppliers meeting a set of pre-set criteria to be selected for the Tender Stage. Details on the criteria sought are outlined within the EOI Documentation provided.
