Tender Description
Supply and installation of waterproofing for plant rooms, plenums and wet areas. Work shall include waterproofing membranes, bandages, sealants, backing rods, primers, fillets, adhesives, ‘protect board’ protection layers, waterproofing materials generally.
Allow for the supply and application of waterproof membranes and waterproof sealer finish wherever detailed on the document and wherever it would be obvious that they would be required, including all the necessary preparation of the building element surfaces, fillets etc. including but not limited to the following building elements:
• Public wet areas
• Plant Rooms
• Exterior face of blockwork walls and concrete walls below grade
• Planter Boxes
• Façade Rebates and Reveals
• Rooftops
