Tender Description
Expression of Interest are now open to builders wishing to tender for contract to undertake refurbishments to the Tathra SLSC patrol room and amenities. The contractor will need to provide experience in project management, cost planning and construction.
The EOI is the first stage of a tender process to identify and pre-register builders interested in tendering for the contract who have suitable capacity, capability and experience. The works must be carried out between 1/5/21 - 30/9/21.
EOI closes 15/10/20. A complete Design Concept is available on request. Construction Documentation will be provided at tender.
