Tender Description
Karratha Housing Woodside is in the process of investigating long term housing options to meet the future needs of our Karratha based workforce.
As part of this strategy we are seeking information from industry, developers and/or landowners who are capable of delivering quality new build houses in Karratha on a lease back basis. Woodside is interested in vendors or joint ventures that are experienced in the Pilbara or similar locations.
This EOI is currently for investigative purposes only and should not be viewed as an intent to enter into a binding legal obligation.
