Tender Description
On behalf of St Joseph's College, Ferntree Gully, CBRE (Project Management) are seeking Expressions of Interest (EOI) submissions from contractors for the demolition of two existing buildings. The Total footprint area of each building is approximately 1500m2 (Science & Year 7) and 1300m2 (Arts & Senior School).
Contractors are invited to register their interest by COB 21st October 2020 to the email address below to obtain a copy of the EOI brief. The Applicant must attach to their EOI, a helath and Safety Management Plan.
