Tender Description
The Building and Environment Protection Legislation Amendment (BEPA) Act 2019 introduced a new requirement for the Victorian Building Authority (VBA) to consider the pheonixing activity in relation to whether or not an applicant for registration as a building practitioner is a fit and proper person.
The fit and proper person and probity checks apply to both natural persons and body corporates and include provisions intended to minimise illegal pheonixing activities.
The VBA is seeking offers from information service providers that have the necessary processes and resources in-place to assist with the above information requirements.
