Maas Group Properties are seeking expression of interest from suitably qualified construction companies for the documentation and construction of stage 1 of the liberal apartment which comprises a 4-star hotel, a contemporary mixed-use development on Macquarie street, Dubbo NSW.
"The Liberal" will be delivered in two stages transforming the street scape and social options of the Dubbo CBD with contemporary architectural towers complimenting the historic "Old Bank" Hotel (C.1872).
