The Legal Services Commission of SA (“LSC”) is seeking proposals to supply business software to:

• replace its Law Office software, used primarily to process grant (legal aid) forms; and
• introduce a Practice Management system.

LSC is open to implementing a ‘best of breed’ approach for the business software. If you are submitting a proposal for the Law Office or Practice Management software, you will be required to provide general information with regards to how your solution integrates with the other software you are not proposing to supply. It is likely that supplementary information will be sought once potential software suppliers have been shortlisted.

The evaluation process will consider the extent to which the critical criteria listed in the Requirements is met. The LSC acknowledge that the software solution(s) may not meet all the critical criteria and therefore will assess the level of compliance – either how it currently meets the criteria or how it could meet the criteria.

The proposed solution(s) will need to seamlessly interact with existing software operational within the LSC, namely FinanceOne (Tech One) and Micro Focus Content Manager.

This contract is proposed to be for an initial five (5) year term with one five (5) year extension option.
