St John Ambulance Australia (NT) Inc. is seeking Expression of Interst for the development of sxi dwellings in a residentional compound arrangement, or over two sites, in Tennat Creek.
The proponent is required to design, construct, and lease back the residences for a minimum of 10 years. A further five-year extension may be negotiated. Rentals are to be at market rate and reveiwed every two years.
Low energy rated housing and low-level maintenance landscaping will be preferred.
