Tender Description

Background to requirement:

DOT currently have a suite of offerings to upskill leaders in the areas of:

  • Leaderhsip Development
  • People Management Development
  • Organisational Development
  • Leadership Coaching
  • Assessment Tools
  • Facilitation Services 

Following the amalgamation of DOT from it’s separate entities which brought together VicRoads, PTV and DoT, there is a requirement to consolidated and ratify a number of suppliers to undertake these services.

DOT are seeking specific specialist skill sets to compliment the internal teams to deliver these services for DoT, therefore there is a requirement to source these externally to supplement the capacity of the internal team.

To support this DOT are undertaking the creation of an open panel to identify, formalise and measure the services that are being undertaken.
