Expressions of Interest (EOI) are invited from organisations wishing to be pre-registered to tender for the proposed contract for the Demolition Works package for the redevelopment of the Calypso Holiday Park in Yamba.
The works involved in the tender demolition package include:
Demolition of various existing buildings and infrastructure, including:
- 2 story unit block
- Reception and managers office
- Amenities buildings
- Other demolition works as defined
It should be noted that there is some removal of asbestos. The fuel tanks will be removed under a separate contract.
