Tender Description
The Great Ocean Road Coast Committee (GORCC) is seeking suitable candidates to prepare and submit an expression of interest (EOI) for design and construction services for the redevelopment of Point Grey, Lorne. GORCC will be using an Early Contractor Involvement (ECI) followed by a design and construct procurement model for the delivery of the project which aims to encourage the Contractor to work with GORCC's Team in an open, co-operative and collaborative manner.
The EOI process shall be as set out in the document and by submitting an EOI you agree to comply and be bound by the terms in the attached document.
Requests for additional information are to be made through our etendering platform no later than 12 November 2020.
