Introduction

The Department of Transport plans, builds and operates an integrated, sustainable and safe transport system for Australia’s fastest-growing state. Since 1 July 2019, VicRoads and Public Transport Victoria have been part of the Department. As the Victorian Government’s central transport agency, we are accountable for all portfolio funding provided through the State Budget. Our purpose is to deliver simple, connected journeys for people and for freight. The Opportunity

The Department of Transport (Organisation) is seeking responses to this Expression of Interest (EOI) for the Provision of Warehousing and Distribution Services.  The details for the provision of Warehousing and Distribution Services are fully outlined in Item 1 Parts A, B, C & D of EOI Documentation.

All responses are to be lodged at www.tenders.vic.gov.au including completion of Item 2 Attachment 1_EOI Industry Briefing Registration Template and Item 3 Attachment 2_Warehousing and Distribution Clarification Questions Template.

Any party wishing to participate in the EOI process must pre-register attendance no later than 2:00PM Wednesday, AEDT 11/11/2020, prior to the industry briefing. Prospective Tenderers are to submit questions post the briefing as part of the requests for clarification process (refer clause 2.2 of Part B.2).

All EOI respondents are to complete clarification questions or requests for information (see clause 2.2. of Part B.2) no later 2:00PM Friday, AEDT 20/11/2020.
