The Council is seeking responses to this Request for Tender (RFT) 2021-33 for the provision of Building Restoration Works - Old Eltham Courthouse located at 728 Main Rd, Eltham VIC 3095.

The building is Eltham’s oldest surviving public building and is Heritage listed on the Victorian Heritage Register (VHR) (H0784).

Tenderers are required to have clear evidence of experience in heritage building restoration projects relating to the required works.

The Contractor or sub-contractor may be required to demonstrate their experience in working on heritage sites.

The Council is seeking to appoint a single provider to deliver the works.

It is intended that the new contract arrangement will commence on or around 8 February, 2021 with an intended practical completion date of 30 May 2021.

Tenderers are advised that there is an indicative budget of $225,000 for the project
