The purpose of this Advance Notice is to inform suppliers of the upcoming release of a Request for Proposal (RFP) for a system to administer contestable funds.
Manatū Taonga Ministry for Culture and Heritage (the Ministry) intends to issue a formal RFP in mid-late November 2020, in order to have a supplier in place in early 2021.
The objective of this procurement is to ensure that the Ministry has the appropriate technology in place to support the Ministry to manage and administer contestable funding, initially to support the delivery of the three Cultural Sector Regeneration funds.
The RFP will be issued via MCH’s current networks/contacts list and on the Ministry’s website.
The decision to award a contract from the RFP process is not guaranteed and any decision will result from assessments based on a clear evaluation plan.
The Ministry will release an RFP which contains a compliance questionnaire. Mandatory requirements will be signaled and if your proposal is not able to meet the mandatory requirements, it may not be assessed.
